Important Age & Territory Notice: Rummy Yes is strictly meant for Indian citizens who are 18 years of age or older. Real-money games are not offered in states where local laws restrict skill-based cash gaming.

1. Accepting These Terms

When you download the Rummy Yes APK, create a guest or registered profile, or deposit cash into your game wallet, you agree to follow the rules outlined on this page. If you do not agree with any of these rules, please stop playing and uninstall the application.

2. Age and State Restrictions

Online cash gaming requires legal maturity and compliance with state statutes:

18+ Only: You must be at least 18 years old to deposit or withdraw cash on Rummy Yes. We verify birthdates via government identification before processing payouts.
Restricted States: In accordance with state legislation, residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Meghalaya cannot enter real-money cash tables. Free practice tables remain open where permitted.
Location Spoofing: Using fake GPS tools or VPN proxies to hide your location violates these terms and results in permanent account closure.

3. One Account Per Human Rule

To keep tournaments fair and stop promotional abuse, every player is allowed exactly one account on Rummy Yes.

You cannot create multiple accounts to farm welcome bonuses or referral rewards.
Your bank account details and PAN card can only be linked to a single registered profile.
If duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual are found, the extra accounts will be locked and any balance gained through bonus exploitation will be removed.

4. Zero Tolerance for Cheating and Bot Software

Rummy Yes is built on pure player skill. We have automated detection tools monitoring every card dealt:

No PC Emulators: Playing through emulator programs like BlueStacks, LDPlayer, or Nox is not allowed. Our game must be run on real mobile hardware.
No AI or Card Trackers: Third-party helper apps, automated screen readers, or card-counting scripts will get your account permanently blacklisted.
No Collusion: Teaming up with friends at the same table to share card secrets or soft-play against each other is illegal. Our algorithms flag suspicious betting patterns immediately, freeze offending accounts, and return lost funds to affected opponents.

5. KYC and Payout Verification

As part of Indian financial safety guidelines, you must complete simple KYC verification before taking out your first cashout:

You will need to submit a clear photo of your Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence to confirm identity.
A valid PAN card is required for tax deduction reporting under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act.
The name on your bank account or UPI handle must match the name on your KYC documents. We do not transfer winnings to third-party bank accounts.

6. Account Security & Fair Play Amendments

You are responsible for keeping your phone, login passwords, and OTP codes secure. Never share OTP codes with anyone, including people claiming to be Rummy Yes customer agents. We will never ask you for your account password or UPI PIN.

We may update these terms from time to time to adapt to new legal standards or security features. When significant changes occur, we post a notification inside the app announcement lobby.
